You can also call the toll free number 800-234-3833, but in this case you should ask for Lorna Waring in the group department. You should reserve for the nights of October 10 and 11. As in previous years, there will be registration and dinner on the first night, a full day of sessions on Oct. 11, and sessions until lunch time on Oct. 12. The Tanque Verde Ranch will request a one night deposit at the time of the reservation. With taxes and fees, the rate will be $190 per person per night + 3 meals for a single, and about $132 per person per night + 3 meals for a double. If you don't have a roommate but would like one, Molly Hunter will try to connect people (mhunter@ag.arizona.edu).
