- The June 2012 W-2045 meeting will be at Bucks T-4 Lodge in Big Sky, Montana from Sunday evening through noon Tuesday.
The closest airport is the Bozeman airport, now called Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport at Gallatin Field , which is about a one-hour drive to Bucks T-4 Lodge.
Please make reservations by May 7, 2012 by calling 1-800-822-4484 and be sure to mention you are with the W-2045 Multi-State Project. There is a block of 20 rooms across the following: single queen ($89), two queens ($89), and King Suite ($99).
Room rate includes a hearty, hot buffet breakfast located in the Yellowstone Room. Room rates are subject to a 3% resort tax and a 7% lodging tax. Additional cost of $20 per person after double occupancy. All rooms are non-smoking.
