- Good afternoon. I appreciate all of the Doodle poll scheduling help, as well as positive comments and suggestions. For everyone's traveling and scheduling challenges, I have pushed forward and scheduled a time and location for the upcoming NCERA 218 meeting.
Date: June 10th (full day) and 11th (minimum 1/2 day) 2013 Location: DIA LaQuinta Motel, Denver, CO.
LA QUINTA INN & SUITES DENVER AIRPORT DIA 6801 TOWER RD. DENVER, CO 80249 303-371-0888 I have a meeting room reserved at LaQuinta (titled NCERA 218) for the 10th and 11th I did NOT book any additional rooms, but if you choose to stay at the LaQuinta, ask for the University of Wyoming reduced rate. LaQuinta offers 24 hr shuttle service to/from DIA As we get closer, I will update everyone with additional schedule items (Just so you know, the Rockies are playing at home vs. the Nationals at 6:40 PM on the 11th and 12th, as well.)
