- WERA60 is meeting in conjunction with the Beltwide Cotton Conferences being held in San Antonio, 7-10 January 2013. WERA60 members are invited to participate in all Beltwide events. Program and other information about the Beltwide Conference can be found at http://www.cotton.org/beltwide/. The registration fee for Research, Extension, Associations, and Consultants is $175 (thru Dec 17) and $200 (after Dec 17).
However, registering for the Beltwide Conference is not mandatory to participate in the WERA60 meeting on the 10th.
There are two hotels serving the Conference: the Marriott Rivercenter Hotel, 101 Bowie Street & Commerce St., and the Marriott Riverwalk Hotel, 899 E. Market St. On the Conference website, click on -Housing- for hotel information and registration. Shuttle service is available from the San Antonio International Airport for about $32 roundtrip.
