- WERA-069 will meet at the Chena Hot Springs Resort, P.O. Box 58740, Fairbanks, AK, 99711. Room reservations can be made by calling (907) 451-8104 starting February 8th. Please reference "WERA-069" when making reservations. The business meeting will begin at 8 am May 20th and conclude by 1 pm May 21st. The afternoon of the 20th will be devoted to a tour of geothermal greenhouse agriculture and pest management in the area.
Transportation from Fairbanks to Chena Hot Springs (about 60 miles northeast) will be provided on May 19, with pick-up locations at the Fairbanks International Airport and the Fairbanks Train Depot (times to be determined) and returning to the Airport and Train Depot by 3 pm on May 21st.

- WERA069 will meet in conjunction with WERA060 Science and Management of Pesticide Resistance. Participants in WERA069 are invited to join the WERA060 sessions beginning promptly at 8:00 am Monday, May 7th. The WERA060 session on the 7th will be followed by a joint mixer with WERA069. On May 8th there will be joint tours of agricultural sites with a focus on pest management and resistance management, followed by a late afternoon business meeting of WERA069. The WERA069 meeting will conclude by 11:55 am on the 9th.
